About Us
Capital Creations LLC is
a Southern New Mexico investment company located in Las Cruces. We pay
cash to people who are receiving monthly payments from property
they’ve sold in New Mexico.
We understand New Mexico Real Estate Contracts. Every city in New
Mexico has different forms and customs
for creating them. We understand the customs of the communities we
operate in. We know the Title Agents, the Real Estate Brokerages,
Investment Brokers, Bankers, Attorneys, and CPA’s. When you
look into the possibility of selling your contract, price is always
the first consideration. What any company is
able to pay for a contract is determined by knowledge of the local
economy and neighborhoods, the cost of the company’s investment funds, and the
company’s overhead. Capital Creations has local associates in every
county where we do business; we know the economy. Our people live there.
The cost of our investment capital is extremely low because our overhead
extremely low. We own the company, and we invest our money in contracts
and residential properties. We focus on efficient use of resources, which
enables us to keep our overhead low. The result is that … and we have
tested this … we usually pay 10% to 20% more than our competitors who
live and work in other far off cities and states. We consider local
service to be just as important as price. We meet directly with our
customers, if they choose to do so, at every closing. Our customers know
exactly where to find us. That means when you need an answer,
you can meet with and talk to the owner … every time. And when
time is critical, we use our local network and business relationships to
expedite the process, something that is virtually impossible when you
live in a distant state. We believe in personal contact, and we believe
in keeping business local. You can be assured of our credibility and longevity. We have been in business since 1993. Joe Short is the owner of Capital Creations LLC. Joe has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and has owned and operated Capital Creations since it’s inception. His technical expertise is beneficial in applying computer technology to the business, which keeps Capital Creations overhead low. However, it is his knowledge and experience in buying and selling real estate in New Mexico that is critical to Capital Creations success. Joe is past president of the Greater Las Cruces Rental Association, owner of over a two and a half million dollars in assets that include primarily New Mexico Real Estate Contracts. He is the author and teacher of “Creating Marketable Real Estate Contracts For Your Clients”, a continuing education class for New Mexico Attorney’s. He has taught dozens of Realtors® how to use Real Estate Contracts to sell properties that are difficult to finance.
